What we do

Consultation

What are your garden goals?   Together we can make it happen!

Our consultations are free of charge.  It's our opportunity to get to know one another.  We'll listen to your needs and wants, then collaborate on a plan to ensure you're set up for success in your garden.

There's a lot to consider when planning your garden.

  • Location - the garden needs adequate sunlight
  • Size - how many plants you intend to grow
  • Materials - lumber and soil types
  • Irrigation - nearest water source, by hand, or automatic
  • Planting - are you comfortable sourcing and planting on your own
  • Maintenance - tend to the needs of the plants

Design

We'll take what we discussed in the consultation and put it on paper. We will work with you by adding or removing features and details necessary to ensure you're comfortable with the plan. A specific detail to touch on is the layout of the plants as we discuss where you (or we) should plant what. Lastly, there's another level of design that is often missed and that's irrigation and secondary support structures - both vital to the proper growth of our plants.

Build

The exciting part when all the planning and prepping comes to reality.  Materials are ordered, the area is prepped, and shovels hit the ground! We'll maintain constant communicate with you along the way while doing our best to minimize the impact to your regular routine. We want to exceed your expectations.

Frequent CONversations

Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Everyone starts somewhere! We suggest you start small and go from there. The worst thing you could do is invest in a large garden and get overwhelmed.

Yes, Grady's Gardens is an insured contractor.

There are obvious things that won't grow in our climate zone; however, we suggest trying everything that you personally would enjoy consuming or using. Don't grow hot peppers if you don't like hot peppers.

That's perfect! All we'd want to do is clear out the old and bring in the new. Some fresh soil and a few screws might be just what you need to get that old garden green again.  Let us help!
